The most important thing is, of course, medical and aesthetic competence. However, given those obvious issues, I think the thing I enjoyed most was the professional, upbeat attitude of every individual I met. Everyone always called me by name and shook my hand when possible. I love Dr. Lam’s consistently professional, friendly and energetic manner. Emina has been terrific from the very first meeting, more than a year ago, through our most recent meeting. She is professional and consistently communicates competence and caring.

I think the news story, the volume of information available on the Internet, the general appearance of the office and, even, Dr. Lam’s appearance in D Magazine come together to provide comfort that the practice is legitimate and trustworthy. The willingness to meet with me, at no cost, to discuss the procedure, the total lack of pressure, the professionalism of Emina’s presentation, the materials and the follow-up thank you note all increased my trust in the professionalism of the practice.

Overall, the experience has been great. I am very excited about seeing the results of the transplant further down the road. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

This has been one of the most amazing experiences that I have ever had in my life. Emina, Dr. Lam, Constanze, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. They were with me every single step of the way and effectively addressed all of my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam and Emina to others, and I look forward to perhaps having a different type of procedure performed in the near future. Truly Amazing!!!
