“Overall, I had an excellent experience, very impressive… the staff was wonderful and Dr. Lam is very professional. I had the strip procedure done and I am very satisfied. The care of the staff, and the whole team, are to be commended. During the procedure, I was sedated and felt very little pain. Mostly, I slept throughout… they woke me up for lunch which was provided. I took another sedative after lunch and then woke again after the procedure was completed. Al in all, very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend Dr. Lam Institute for Hair Restoration to anyone considering this procedure. I was able to obtain a good result from what I can see, currently, I’m excited to see how the hair develops as the months pass and the results become more prominent. Afterwards, the staff called an Uber to take me to the Hotel and a member of Dr. Lams staffed stayed with me until the driver arrived! All in all, I’m rating 5 Stars!”
